Service Plan Options

When you purchase a new or certified pre-owned vehicle from Sid Dillon Mazda, you’ll receive a Gold Pre Paid Maintenance (IPPM), a one-year complimentary maintenance plan. After that, the Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Program comes in two options: the Gold and the Platinum plan. The level of coverage you’ll be able to receive for services will vary depending on the plan you choose. To give you an idea of what’s covered, we go into the details of both plans below.

MAZDA Prepaid Maintenance Program: Gold

Your free first year maintenance program is a gold package that included the following. After your free year, you can choose to sign up for the Mazda Prepaid Maintenance Program Gold option, your new, certified pre-owned, or pre-owned vehicle will be covered for the following:

  • Maintenance plans available from 1 to 4 years
  • 24-hour Roadside Assistance, which includes:
    • Towing for Mechanical Breakdown and Collision Recovery
    • Lockout protection
    • Flat tire changes
    • Battery jump-start
    • Emergency fuel delivery
    • Covered to the selling dealership, brand dealer, or alternate repair facility, based on vehicle make, up to 400 miles
  • Personalized service reminders
  • Routine maintenance is covered, which includes:
    • Oil changes
    • Tire rotations
    • Multi-point inspections

MAZDA Prepaid Maintenance Program: Platinum

The Platinum option covers many of the same services as the Gold option. The most significant difference between the Gold option and the Platinum option is that the Platinum option has a maximum of five years of maintenance plans, compared to the Gold option’s maximum of four years of maintenance plans.

Here’s what’s covered with the Platinum option:

  • Maintenance plans available from 1 to 5 years
  • 24-hour Roadside Assistance, which includes:
    • Towing for Mechanical Breakdown and Collision Recovery
    • Lockout protection
    • Flat tire changes
    • Battery jump-start
    • Emergency fuel delivery
    • Covered to the selling dealership, brand dealer, or alternate repair facility, based on vehicle make, up to 400 miles
