Incredible! I honestly didn't step foot in their car dealership. Called for my elderly mother, told them what she wanted, told them her trade in, and that I was checking with multiple dealerships! I told them I needed the best value they can offer and they sent their price. One dealership that has Wood in their name was rude, non professional and I finally had to hang up on their salesman. He figured he was too good at selling to accommodate my request. Ps.. I sent him pictures of my mother with her brand new car from Sid Dillon ...

I bought a Yukon from Cameron and Trevin did our paperwork. I drove over 3 hours, Cameron was very helpful over the telephone and sending very good pics, up close as requested and answered or returned the many, many of my calls and texts promptly. I went in to look at a car I saw on their website and turns out it was sold, BUT salesman Jeff Haag let me know that they had another vehicle of the same make and model I was interested in so I went to check it out and it met all my expectations! After it got inspected, detailed and had a new windshield put in I was able to finish up the buying process by signing paperwork which didn’t take very long. I was happy to see the car was filled with gas before I drove it off ...
My key broke, and so I requested to get/order a new key. The new one came in 2 days later and they programmed it the same day. They were all very friendly and helpful!

It started with excellent customer service from the person scheduling the appt. The process was very smooth and effortless for me. I arrived for appointment and the service team was thorough with what I had requested. In addition, I requested new wiper blades. The team found I needed new air, cabin, and fuel filters. I am very satisfied with the efficiency and knowledge of the whole Sid Dillion team.
I stopped by to inquire about purchasing a new Buick about a month ago and test drove an Encore and loved it. Last week I returned with my niece who has an Encore and made my purchase of a new Encore that I absolutely love.
