Service manager unwilling to listen to me about service needed. Cost me $185 for 27 point inspection that was done only 30 days and 36 miles prior. Told me what I already provided him with the diagnostic codes and proposed procedure. Totally unnecessary. No call back from voice msg left regarding unsatisfactory result.
The service department went out of their way to address my concern with my Envision. They found nothing wrong and didn’t invent something to make a hi*h service charge. This is one of the reasons we have bought 3 cars from Sid Dillon and trust their service department.

I was there twice for the two free oil changes. Service was prompt and friendly. The only other time I was there was for the purchase of the car. I dealt primarily with Rich Eyler. It was easy, friendly and comfortable. I’ve recommended Sid Dillon to others since. Brooks Eyler did the introduction to the car with me. Sharp young guy!

I was told I still had two free oil changes prior to making the appointment, and wasn't told otherwise until I received my bill. I live in Omaha and would not have come to Fremont to get the oil changed if I had known all my free ones were used up.
I have been driving for over 60 years and have worked with many dealerships. I have never been treated more fair than at Sid Dillon GMC. All were respectful of my uncommon wants and needs. I want to say while everyone was very good to me I was so appreciative of Jose and his determination to make the deal work. I found my car through Car Guru, emailed the Sid Dillon dealership and they returned my email immediately. This is the best GMC Dealership in the state of Nebraska! Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend this dealership to my grandparents, as I know they would give Jeff a run for his money.

Salesman (Drew) was excellent! Very knowledgable and helpful. Only reason for 4 star rating is that I waited 3 hours for delivery. They would have prefered if I came back the next day but it is an hour drive and I chose to wait. Great selection! I love the truck!!!

Still an honesty issue. New car manager lied to us about Bluebook trade value. Fortunately we had researched in advance. Salesman (Erik) was outstanding. Very intelligent, very efficient, good listener, very knowledgeable on vehicle.

Buying my new car at Sid Dillon Buick GMC Cadillac in Fremont was extremely easy. I found the car I wanted and they got it for me. Britney was an awesome salesperson. Never once did I feel pressured! My last 8 vehicles had been purchased from the same dealership and the same salesperson (He retired.) so going to a new dealership was a little scary for me. I recommend Sid Dillion!

I Leased a 2026 mazda 3 on 1-17-26. I am a former Ford employee from Long Island. It was first new car transaction here in Nebraska. All I can say the experience was interesting. Mazda appears to be a part time endeavor for Sid Dillon as the showroom although separate, is not staffed and you have to go back and forth to Caddy to get anything done, (burr). They should, some how connect them. Cars stopped impressing me years ago but I drove the Mazda 3 Turbo premium Plus and fell in love. Thanks to Brooks Eyler, the transaction was enjoyable.
