Before leaving the lot, Sid Dillon's fixed a headlight assembly and brake light assembly and a small door ding I noticed. After driving my new vehicle on the highway I noticed a piece of trim coming off and flapping in the wind. I called my salesman and he got me scheduled with the service technicians right away and fixed the trim at no charge. I'm a lifelong customer!! They always work with you and make everything right!
95% of my dealing was with Martin via email. Spent about 45 minutes at the dealership. Quick and easy. Very little dickering on price to be what I thought was fair and a good deal. I'll be back to buy my next one when the time comes, for the fifth time.
Brandon was great, I'm not gonna call him a salesman couse you can't always trust salesmen but you can trust Brandon 100%, and jason decker is the best, this is my second car I have bought from jason at Dillon's and have no complaints, as long as brandon listens to Jason's advice he will go along way in this buisness, sid Dillon's is such a great place ffg or all your vehicle needs.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. My salesman Martin Dake was helpful and answered all my questions. For my questions on extended warranty He connected me with the right person so my questions were answered. I had a pleasant experience. I did not feel pressured. With the Corona virus issue I felt the dealership was taking the proper precautions to keep everyone safe. Everyone was wearing face masks.
